What this website collects

The site itself sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads no third-party trackers, advertising pixels or embedded maps. Nothing on these pages follows you anywhere.

The only information the website collects is what you type into the quote request form on the contact page: your name, phone number, optionally your email, your neighbourhood, the service you need and whatever you write in the message field. That is submitted to our hosting provider’s form service and emailed to us.

What we do with it

We use it to answer your enquiry and to carry out any work you subsequently ask us to do. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone for marketing. We do not add you to a mailing list.

What we collect when you call or text

Your phone number, the address of the job, and a record of the work carried out. New York City requires licensed locksmiths to keep records of the work they perform, including verification that the person requesting entry was authorised to do so, and to retain those records for the period the City specifies.

How long we keep things

Quote enquiries that do not become jobs are deleted within twelve months. Job records are kept for as long as our licensing obligations and ordinary business record-keeping require, and then disposed of.

Your choices

Changes

If this notice changes materially, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
