That stamp is a request, not a security feature — it has no legal force and any key cutter can ignore it. What we do is check whether the key is on a genuinely restricted profile (Medeco, Mul-T-Lock, Abloy and similar). Those need documented authorisation because the blanks are controlled, and that control is exactly what the lock's owner paid for.
